Sports team training

A massive passion is providing sports team training from grass roots to elite level teams. Dean comes from a sporting background, having previously played football to a high level, boxed and kickboxed with an undefeated record and plays cricket currently. He loves watching international rugby and being around sports teams for the banter.

Who do we work with in sport

To date Dean has worked with local county league football teams including Southwick FC, Worthing united FC and East Preston FC. With these clubs Dean worked on fitness training, strength training, team building and game specific fitness drills. Dean also works with Worthing Rugby Ladies 1st team to improve fitness levels, core strength and team work.

These sessions are designed using body weight, ViPR’s, Kettlebells, Battle ropes, agility cones and relevant sports equipment. A huge focus of this type of training is the team element. Drawing inspiration from some of the greatest team builders around the world Dean has adapted his own unique style of team training. Incorporating the entire team through training will create a team bond and a will to win.

360 fitness and coaching provide this service both preseason and during the season creating sessions with much more in game tactical fitness.

We also work 1-2-1 with sports people

Individual training can be for any sport, Dean has trained footballers, boxers, kickboxers, sprint athletes, marathon participants and rugby players. Training has been varied from injury recovery right up to improving sports performance, speed, agility, strength and flexibility.

Locations used

The majority of this training is carried out at your sports clubs or training facilities for the group sessions of up to 40 athletes. The 1-2-1 sports specific training usually takes place at the training unit based just outside of Brighton city centre.
