The weight loss service start with a lifestyle analysis and then we assess metabolic condition. Basically your levels of stress, what maybe causing you to hold onto weight at a cellular level. We’ll rule out any potential medical issues that may need to be referred out to a doctor. Once we’ve assessed your metabolic condition, hormone balance and lifestyle we’ll then look at food intake. What kind of foods are helping you with weight loss and what foods are hindering your weight loss.
Dean will then set you on the right path with food, the chances are that you’ll be eating more food! But more of the right food for healing cells, repairing health and losing weight and fat. All food plans come with support, knowledge and guidance about what to do and when. If you get cravings what can you have? If you’re struggling to fit all your meals in what do you do? Dean will plan out your calorie guide and food types that fit in with it.
Before now Dean has gone as far as going food shopping with clients to make sure you’re on the right path to succeed with your weight loss. He has been talking with clients on the phone at 23:45 helping with food choices and coaching through change. Our weight loss service is massively comprehensive, from detailing what food to remove and why, to fasting/feasting methods, to fluid intake, to meal planning, to food labels and a far as even preparing the meals for a client strapped for time.
