Providing over 10 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry Dean has trained almost every type of personality, profession and body type.
We cover wide client base ranging from individual 1-2-1 personal training sessions, group training sessions up to 4 people, right up to sports team training both pre-season and during season sessions. Our final group of clients are the corporate clients, this type of training is all about team building through fitness as well as health and wellbeing at work seminars. 360 fitness and coaching are quite particular about who we train, your consultation is also a soft interview process to make sure that you’re ready mentally to take on the program. Once accepted onto the program you’ll be provided with all the tools to make the changes, its down to you to live the change regain your health, happiness and wellbeing.

Group training sessions are a new addition, this makes your training a little cheaper for you because you’re splitting the cost with friends. This type of training will still be in depth, detailed and goal specific. Prices range from £35 per hour per person to £45 per person per hour with longer term commitment discounts available.
