Online training

This a great way to train with Dean. If you cant physically get an appointment in face you can still receive the benefits of online training. He’ll set you up with a nutrition guide, training plan, stress management plan and what ever else is needed to make sure you get results.

Who is it for?

Dean will still have a strict vetting process for who comes on board any of his programs. However Online training is available to any body around the world. As long you’re willing to do the work and improve your health, fitness and overall well being.

There are programs available ranging from Gut health rebuilds, hormone balance to weight loss, muscle gain and athletic performance.

The Process

You will have an online based consultation with Dean after you have been sent some forms to complete. During the consultation Dean will discuss your goals, your motivation, confidence and commitment to them. And then will formulate a plan for you to follow. You will be responsible for taking your own honest measurements and will check in with Dean every 2-4 weeks with a new set of measurements.

You will be sent a nutritional guide, a training program to follow and a supplement guide. Dean will guide you as to what foods to eat, how to train, when to train and when best to chill out. This is a complete service minus the in face gym training.
