Dean is providing the service of a top end London based personal trainer in Brighton. From hormone analysis, digestive appraisals, lifestyle analysis and recommendations to optimal cellular and internal organ function. No stone is left unturned with you as Dean’s client, we use science and not guess work to make sure you’re doing all you can to succeed in your goals.

Dean has a training unit situated just outside Brighton city centre which means free parking, a massive bonus! The great thing about being based just outside the city means that we can be versatile in training locations. Before today Dean and his clients have worked out

The great thing with 360 Fitness and Coaching being flexible means that we can train where ever you feel most secure and at ease training. It might be at your own home, with Dean in his private unit or any of the public locations around Brighton and Hove.

Dean is willing to travel to you and covers all areas from Seaford to East Preston and as far north and Crawley and Horsham. If you fall outside these areas it doesn’t mean that you will not be considered as a client within reason. The main focus for 360 Fitness and coaching is all about personal training in Brighton however we do offer a mobile and remote service.
